Ties:

What is the length of your ties?
61" ( 155 cm ), which is the standard size and most likely what you already have. If you are over 6'4" contact us about our custom ties where we can have the product lengthened for you. Our custom ties start at $60.

What are the ties made of? Our ties are handmade of 100% Italian silk. We stay away from rayon due to the cheap quality of the fabric. We are a Men's Fine Fashion brand, we will never settle for cheap quality from our fabric to the construction of our products. 

What is the best tie width for me? It all depends on your body shape. A slim tie ( 2" - 5cm ) is generally for slimmer Gentleman who aren't too tall. A wide tie ( 3 1/4" 8.5cm ) is a power tie and should be worn by average sized Gentleman looking to make a statement or larger sized Gentleman. Our modern tie ( 3" - 7.5cm ) is for everyone since it is the standard size.

Pairings:

What is a pairing? A pairing is simply a tie and pocket square that you can wear together. We put them together to save you time. Our clients told us how frustrating it was for them to find things that went together so they just wore the same thing over and over. That is why we decided to do the work for you and pair our products together. It is an idea we also use for travelling tailor service as well. We want to take the stress out of shopping and also deciding what to wear to work every day. Wouldn't it be much easier if someone did the work for you at no extra cost?


Travelling Tailor:

What is your travelling tailor service? Our travelling tailor is a service we provide free of charge to our clients in the Greater Vancouver to Fraser Valley area. We bring all of our sample books, measuring tapes and most importantly our knowledge to our clients and help them choose their fabric and customization's of our products. Whether they want a suit or a suit, vest, dress shirt, tie & pocket square, we bring everything. We'll help you put together a great outfit or outfits.

How long does the appointment take? It all depends on our clients experience with suits and fine fashion in general. We've had appointments take 40 minutes or 2 hours. We don't mind however long it takes, we are patient with you and love to teach our clients how to dress well. We ask our clients to let us know their budget beforehand and to take a look at our style blog posts on "Suit Patterns" and "What Should Be In My Wardrobe?" before our appointment to get an idea of what we will be talking about. If you don't have time to check it out, that's fine too, we'll explain it to you.

I don't like buying without feeling the product first, do you have samples? We have a suit we can bring for you to feel the material and check out the construction if you would like. We also have lots of sample books so you can feel the fabric and see the patterns, we promise you, you will love the fabric we have since we stay away from anything we wouldn't wear ourselves.

How long does it take to receive the suit after the travelling tailor appointment? All of our suits are handmade to your measurements and every customization you choose. Once we have completed your appointment we send off the measurements to our tailor immediately. It takes approximately 3 weeks to receive the finished product. Once the product is shipped to us and we are sent a tracking number we will contact you to set up a fitting (also free of charge).

What happens if my product is damaged, doesn't fit right or is wrong? We never want to see a dissatisfied customer, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied. Check out our alterations, remakes and refunds page for complete details. 

Shipping:

Why does the product take approximately 3 weeks to get to me? We are currently building our inventory and every week less products take appx. 3 weeks to reach you as we do that. However some products need to be handmade and that can take some time. As our site expands we will continue to build our inventory. But trust us, the products are worth the slight wait. You will be pleased with the quality and style.

Wholesale:

Do you sell your products for wholesale? Yes we do! As we continue to expand we are always excited to meet both brick and mortar and online retailers who are interested in our products. Contact us at Sales@CarderoClothing.com for our full pricing list for our ties and pocket squares. 

Giving Back:

What is your stance on giving back? This is a key foundation of our business and currently there are three non-profits that we support: World Vision, Mercy Ministries & Relate Church Community Care. We had to ask ourselves, "As a Gentleman's brand what is our values and what is important to us?" The answer was difficult since we live in such a hurting world but for us our the answer is Women, Children and giving a hand up, not a hand out. We give to these three organizations because we believe in their cause whole-heartedly and all three represent a local cause and/or a global cause.
