Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if it doesn't fit?
During our initial fitting we go over the garments to ensure you are happy with the fit and feel. We will be there with you and our trusted local tailor to address any alterations that are needed. We cover the cost of any alterations or remakes that are needed in line with our policy.
Do I need to order the entire 4-step package?
No. If you have a navy and charcoal suit you are happy with, but would like to start on step 2, we can do that. If you only have a need for step 1, we can start and end there.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We can break it up with an initial deposit and payments after the fact. However, the entire payment needs to be received to send the entire shipment. We've had clients plan it out over 3 months and we can be accommodating to that.
How long until I receive my order?
On your first order with us, we break up the order into 2 parts. We rush out one suit and shirt to confirm the measurements. Once the measurements are confirmed we expect the next round to arrive with 28 working days.
Once your measurements are confirmed and on file, all future orders arrive within 30 working days.
Where are your products made?
Everything is made with our team in Thailand. We have worked with them since we began in 2015 and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up.
Will it come perfectly fitting?
About 25% of the time everything will fit perfectly. However, we usually expect some tapering and hemming to occur. We cover the cost and update your measurements on file to make future orders fit perfectly.
