Summary: We're not happy until you are!

Alterations

At our cost for anything that does not fit properly or does not fit the way you told us you preferred in the initial appointment. Up to $50 per garment.

​Alteration credit available up to 30 days after first fitting.

Remakes

We cover the cost of remakes if your suit does not fit properly; if the fabrics are not what you ordered or if the customization's do not fit what you ordered.

Remakes available within 30 days of the first fitting.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the fit or your suit does not arrive by your need by date due to a fault of ours such as shipping delay, we offer full refunds.

Refunds available up to 30 days of the first fitting.

Alterations

We cover the alterations of garments that do not fit properly (at our discretion). We make our alteration credit available for up to 30 days after the product has been received . Please contact us at: ClientCare@CarderoClothing.com if you have any questions or need a second opinion before going ahead with an alteration.

You can download the Alterations Form and take it to your local tailor to fill out. Once the alteration form is sent back with a copy of the receipt to ClientCare@CarderoClothing.com we will refund you the amount and update your information to reflect the new measurements. 

Remakes

If your product is not able to be altered we will remake it for you. If this is an online order contact us at ClientCare@CarderoClothing.com and we can discuss remaking it for you or refunding your money, whichever you prefer within 30 days of you receiving the product. Before we offer a refund or remake we will need you to send us pictures of you in your suit to show us what needs to be fixed.

​We do not offer remakes or refunds for customization changes unless a mistake was made by us, or for products that can be altered by a local tailor. If your products fabric is no longer available we will ask you to choose an alternate. Once the remake or refund has been approved we ask that you send back the original product before we offer a refund or ship the new product. 

If you are an international customer returning the product please state that it's 'returned clothing' with a $1 value on the shipping form to expedite the process.

We do Not cover Alterations &/or Refunds If

You do not like a customization choice that you made or a fabric you chose, we cannot cover alterations or refunds. If a garment fits properly but is not something you prefer, we need to know at the initial appointment. Please bring it to our attention at that time. We make everything to a standard we have set through years of experience and research on a properly fitting garment.

If the garments are late for a special event that we have not been made aware of. Please let us know if there is a need by date, a rush order may be charged under 3 months from the event to ensure we have it on time with alterations or a remake if needed.

If the order has been placed and you would like to cancel before the garments arrive, a fee of up to 50% may be charged.

If your event was cancelled for any reason and you are not in need of the garments, we cannot offer refunds once the order was placed.

​Once you wear the garments we cannot offer refunds other than a defect in the garment itself.

Wake Up & Go

Our 'Wake Up & Go' packages take longer to complete. We order in a dress shirt and suit on a 7 day rush (at our cost) to ensure the measurements are correct and to your satisfaction before we order the rest of the first package. Once your measurements are confirmed we bring in the rest of the package. Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks when ordering the full or step 1 of the 'Wake Up & Go' package if you need it immediately.

The Important Part

Cardero Clothing works very hard to make sure are clients are happy with their high quality garments in fit, fabric and customizations. We want to hear from you if you have any concerns and work hard to ensure that everything is right the first time. Unfortunately, miscommunication and measurement misses can happen. We are constantly refining our process to minimize both issues and do our best to resolve all issues quickly with you if they do come up.
